Lobster, salmon, sea bass, scallops & shrimp
glazed in a light champagne seafood sauce with mushrooms and artichoke hearts.
Herb crusted whole filet mignon smoked over hickory and then slow roasted.
Served thinly sliced and topped with cognac mushroom sauce.
Baked to perfection in a garlic herb crust,
cut into chops and topped with Béarnaise sauce.
Fresh salmon poached with white wine scented fish stock,
stuffed with crabmeat and topped with Hollandaise sauce.
Choice of dessert:
Crème Brûlée
Creamy, smooth vanilla custard
with a crunchy, hot, and bubbly brown sugar topping.
Vanilla custard in a shortbread crust topped with fresh strawberry slices.
Light and creamy served with fresh berries.
